‘Baby Bump’: Megan Fox, 37, Sparks Fan Debate with a Shirtless Pic Five Months after Revealing Miscarriage

Hollywood star Megan Fox ignited a flurry of reactions from social media users with a recent post she shared online. Her shirtless picture comes five months after she revealed that she had a miscarriage.

Yesterday, Megan Fox, 37, took to Instagram to share a candid mirror selfie with her followers. Apart from her alluring beauty, what particularly captured the public’s attention was Megan’s midriff.

In the picture, the “Jennifer’s Body” star was seen shirtless, wearing only a black bra and low-hanging red checkered pants. She left her blue locks loose.

Intended to be a promotional post for Wella Hair, Megan captioned, “repairing my hair (and 26 inches of extensions) post coachella @wellahairusa #wellapartner #ad.” However, many were less interested in the hair products than they were in Megan’s stomach.

Queries and speculations of Megan possibly having a little bun in the oven started to flood the actress’ comment section. “Are you pregnant?!” asked a personal trainer and yoga instructor from New York City named Abbie Marcotte.

This comment prompted a thread of responses from social media users. Among the many coming to Megan’s defense, one fan retorted“If that’s what pregnant looks like, sign me up. I don’t know what you see but she looks amazing!”

Clarifying the intention she was trying to convey in the first place, Abbie responded to the aforementioned comment. “Oh I agree that she absolutely looks amazing and in no way was this a fat shaming comment because she is far from [it] but it looks like she has a baby bump 🤰🏻,” Abbie replied.

In fairness, Abbie is not the only person who thinks that Megan could be pregnant as other people have also asserted their two cents in this regard.

Another social media user wrote“Am I going crazy or does she look like she could have a slight bump 👀.” Agreeing with the sentiment, another stated, “I thought the same thing 👀.”

However, similar to the pushback Abbie received for what she had initially asked, another Instagrammer attempted to set the record straight. “This is just a woman’s natural body,” clarified the user.

Despite the widescale speculation, Megan herself has yet to confirm or deny whether she is pregnant, and there has been no report to substantiate the comments made.

Although, should it turn out that the blue-eyed beauty is with child, this would not be her first pregnancy, as she is a mom of three.

Megan shares sons, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey Green with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. When she was pregnant with her youngest son (Journey), the doting mom gushed about how much she loved being pregnant to a media outlet.

“I feel great. I love being pregnant,” swooned Megan to a media outlet in 2016. However, she also painted a realistic picture of pregnancy, noting, “It is really uncomfortable… by the way. It is painful at parts.”

Still, she ended her statement on a high note, going back to the joys of being pregnant: “I feel the overall process is an amazing one. I feel so productive creating a human person that I’m excited to meet because I know that I have such a spiritual connection to them, so I can’t wait.”

Megan also revealed that while her then-youngest, Bodhi, didn’t have much interest in his mom being pregnant, Noah felt the opposite. “The older one is very excited,” she mentioned.

When it comes to divulging details about her life, Megan is an open book—literally. She has a book of poems called “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous,” in which she shares hard truths and harsh realities concerning her previous relationships.

In this book, she includes two poems about her miscarriage with Machine Gun Kelly aka Colson Baker, which happened last year.

“That experience was so much harder than I would have anticipated it being, and I’ve really analyzed ‘why was that? Why was that so difficult for me?’ Because when I was younger, I had an ectopic pregnancy, I’ve had other things,” revealed the mother of three in a past interview.

She continued, “I’ve been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was in love with. And so that love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief.”

Expressing her pain, Megan says she wrote a lot about her miscarriage. She also noted how Machine Gun Kelly wrote about the tragedy in his albums as well, giving her the courage to speak about it publicly.

When talking about her book in a sit-down interview with “Good Morning America,” Megan was asked who her biggest supporter was when she decided she wanted to draft the poems. To this question, Megan answered, “The person who actually told me I should write a poetry book is Colson.”

Speaking about her heartbreaking miscarriage, she added, “I had never been through anything like that before in my life, I have three kids, uhm, so it was very difficult for both of us.”

As a mother to three boys, Megan also made it clear that she hopes Noah, Bodhi, and Journey will take important lessons from her book of poems. Lessons that have a lot to do with how she is raising them.

“It’s very important for me to raise boys who are not like these men that I’ve been with,” the star asserted. She went on to express, “It’s very important for me to raise boys who are able to have a very deep emotional intimacy with their partner.”

Megan Fox also discussed the significance of her raising boys who do not turn out to be liars, emphasizing her desire for her children to be “fully transparent and honest and respectful.”

As their “first introduction into women,” Megan takes her motherly duties very seriously. “The way that I love them is going to influence the way they are allowed to love others when they go out into a relationship,” she stated.
