Fans have often wondered what goes on behind-the-scenes at the Kardashian-Jenner households and now one source has revealed all.
The famous family is always expanding, with momager Kris Jenner already having 13 grandchildren to care for. As well as looking after their kids, the Kardashians also have to manage their business empire, so it’s no wonder they need a team of nannies to help out.
One of those nannies has now revealed all about what it’s like to work for the famous family. The source spilled some shocking secrets, admitting Kim Kardashian “spoils” her children and revealing some of Kourtney Kardashian’s “insane” demands.

Kourtney Kardashian has admitted she has a much more relaxed approach to parenting than her sisters. In an episode of The Kardashians, she said: “I find, with my kids, that coming from a more loving approach works best.”
However, Kourtney’s parenting style has been criticised by her sister Kim Kardashian, who said the Lemme founder “can’t even keep a nanny” due to her children misbehaving. Kim’s comments seem to have been backed up as a source told Life & Style: Kourtney “goes through nannies pretty frequently”.
They said Kourtney either fires the nannies, or they “get fed up with her children misbehaving and quit”. The source claimed Kourtney isn’t a fan of rules, including bedtimes, and said her home is “full of chaos most days”.
The source also said Kourtney’s kids – Mason, Penelope, Reign and Rocky – “rule the house”, but they’re not the only ones who can be demanding of the staff. The source recalled one family holiday to Hawaii when Kourtney sent her nanny to “an out-of- the-way health food store” to buy ingredients for breakfast. The source added: “She has no regard for how ridiculous her asks can be — it’s like she lives on her own planet.”

Kim Kardashian has previously admitted she worries about spoiling her kids and said she tried to keep them grounded. The reality star shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye West – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
Speaking to magazine, she said: “I worry about giving my kids too much. We don’t do gifts. They have to really earn it.” However, the source told Life & Style that Kim actually does give her children everything they want.
The source explained: “If one of them is into space, she’ll look into taking them to NASA headquarters. She has the means to provide really cool things, and they’re good kids.”
Kim pays her nannies $100,000 (£78,690) a year, but she does have some strict rules for her employees. The reality star requires her staff to wear neutral hues to coordinate with her “Zen” home décor.
Kim also works a lot, with the source explaining how she can sometimes be on 14 to 16 hour days. They said this means her nannies can end up working very long hours.

Khloe Kardashian has a very special bond with her two children – True and Tatum – and it seems that loving relationship has also been extended to her nannies. The source said Khloe treats her staff like family and said they are all “super close”.
The Good American founder also likes to show her appreciation for the people who work for her. The source said Khloe gives out “insane bonuses” around the holidays and makes sure to book her nannies the best hotel rooms whenever they go on holiday.
Despite all of the help, Khloe likes to remain as hands-on in her True and Tatum’s lives as possible. She wakes up with her kids in the night and makes sure she’s there to get them ready in the morning, according to the source.
They said they only time Khloe takes for herself is her workout time. The source added: “She tries to do that really early, but it’s why she needs live-in help.”
