Helen of Sparta, better known as Helen of Troy. She was the most beautiful woman in the Hellenic world.

She was the daughter of Leda and sister of Castor and Pollux. Wife of Menelaus, she was kidnapped by Paris, which led to the Greek expedition against Troy. Almost three millennia have passed and the figure of Helen continues to stir the imagination of poets, writers, painters and more recently, filmmakers.
