Celebrity Kids Who Have Hits on the Billboard Charts: Rumi Carter, North West and More
Several celebrity kids have shown off their impressive musical talents by scoring hits on the Billboard charts.
Beyoncé’s daughter Rumi Carter made history in April 2024 when she became the youngest-charting female to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. Rumi made a guest appearance on Beyoncé’s “Protector” off her Cowboy Carter album. She was 6 years old at the time of recording.
Kanye West’s daughter North West also followed in her dad’s musical footsteps, becoming a Billboard Hot 100-charting artist in February 2024 at 10 years old. (North made an appearance on her dad and Ty Dolla $ign’s album, Vultures 1.)
Rumi Carter
Rumi made history in April 2024 when she earned the title of the youngest-charting female to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. She made an appearance on Beyoncé’s track “Protector” off her Cowboy Carter album.
North West
North became a Billboard Hot 100-charting artist in February 2024 after appearing on Kanye and Ty Dolla $ign’s album, Vultures 1. She was 10 years old at the time.
Blue Ivy
Before Rumi snagged the spot as the youngest-charting female to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart, Blue Ivy held the honor. At 7 years old, she was featured on Beyoncé, SAINt JHN and Wizkid’s “Brown Skin Girl” from The Lion King: The Gift album in 2019.
Jaden Smith
Jaden was featured on Justin Bieber’s “Never Say Never,” which peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 in March 2011, per Billboard. Jaden was 12 years old at the time.
Willow Smith
Willow has made five appearances on the Billboard Hot 100 list. Her first hit, “Whip My Hair,” peaked at No. 11 in November 2010 when she was 11 years old.
