One of Matthew Perry’s mansions has hit the market in Los Angeles.

The late Friends actor bought the sprawling home in the exclusive Hollywood Hills for around £3.9million ($5million) three months before his tragic death last October. He passed away at the age of 54, with his autopsy citing the “acute effects of ketamine”.

Perry was found dead in the hot tub at another one of his homes in LA last year. Now one of his last purchases, the other four-bedroom property at 1479 Rising Glen Road, is going up for sale. He closed the $4.9million deal on the fully furnished house last May.

Listing agents Greg Holcomb and Tim Durkovic of Douglas Elliman are selling the home, according to MailOnline. The outlet reports the massive mansion boasts a “classic look, with walls of glass surrounding a sun-filled patio at the centre of the property”.

It comes after details of Perry’s will were finally revealed, showing he left more than $1million (£780,850) in a trust he set up and named after a Woody Allen character. He created his will in 2009, stating he wished to leave “a majority of his belongings to a trust”.

Matthew created the Alvy Singer Living Trust, which he named after Woody Allen’s Annie Hall character. According to court documents, Matthew’s personal property was valued as a “little over $1million”. Lisa Ferguson and Robin Ruzan are listed as co-executors of the will. Matthew listed his father John Perry and mother Suzanne Morrison as beneficiaries of his will, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

The actor’s half-sibling Caitlin Morrison and ex-girlfriend Rachel Dunn are also said to be beneficiaries. When Matthew created his will in 2009, he indicated any children he had would not be “explicitly entitled” to his fortune. The star died without ever having any children.

According to the documents, Matthew had $1,030,000 (£804,000) in personal property “not limited to jewellery, furniture and furnishings, works of art and automobiles.” Matthew was found dead at his Pacific Palisades home in Los Angeles on October 28, 2023.
